Obviously, I’m proud of my stupid sense of humour. Taking things too seriously creates unwanted tension. Even in the worst-case scenario, we should be able to laugh... especially about ourselves  >>>>>

How do you define creativity?

I don’t believe in static definitions, but something like: Divergence + Relevance 

How do you know when an idea is good?

Usually, it’s a mix of intuition & experience. In summary: ​

  • It came after considering loads of other ideas.

  • It solves a specific problem.

  • It’s unique.

  • It’s respectful of the world and the people living in it.
